(no subject)
last night was.. well... good? haha. yes. it was.
chilled at Ivan/Tod's for a while, and it really was funny, because tod was right, we all WERE pretty looney, and i can't speak for anyone else but i know for a fact i had not had a drop of alcohol, a single breath of weed, a single taste of a happy pill, or anything else that can make you like that.... i was just.. in a good mood i guess, though i really wasnt, i just had my funny bone tilted just right i s'pose.
left there. went and did what i had wanted to go out for in the first place, and that was nice.
and then of course i get pulled over by the cops(as if i could go out and NOT), the came up from both frickin sides and were shining their lights all int he car and askin questions and such, i hadnt done ANYTHING(driving wise or otherwise) and i knew it, the one by me was like "where you coming from and headed to tonight?" i said "a friends house and i'm goin home now" "How old are you?" "19." "you been drinkin tonight?" "no sir. not at all" "you been with anyone whose been arrested for drinking, or who has been drinking tonight? any friends been in your car might have spilt some on the carpets?" "um... let me think how to put this... I have been with people who may have been drinking tonight, but they were not drinking when i was with them"(which was 100% true) "Well the reason i ask is because i can smell alcohol here in your car" "well you can give me a sobriety test or a breathalizer if you feel i'm not being straight with you" "i didnt say i smelled it on your breath, just in the air from the car" "well... i work at a restaurant that serves alcohol and keep some of my work clothes and towels in here" "were you working tonight?" "all day" "ok, well drive a little safer thomas"... so i went in the direction of home.... and right back out.
i have bad days, but i'm strong, and so i'll be alright. i'm just not even sure what i'm determined about anymore. My night to go see Carlos Mencia at the comedy club just might be the final thing to turn things around.. hehehe, it makes me excited just thinkin bout it!
aight, well i'm out. workin tonight, concert tomorrow night, and work sat night, after each of these i would love to go out and have fun or chill with some people, so just let me know!!!
