There is so much going on in the world that I have thoughts about - the special election in Massachusetts (it's going to have nationwide repurcussions and so it's beyond unfortunate - but anyone who runs for office saying "there are no terrorists in Afghanistan" and runs for office IN

Having had my share of medical adventures of late, I can really sympathize. It all sounds awful, and pain-wise even worse than my boobectomy. I will keep you in
my thoughts. Best wishes.

Well, I can't vouch for the comparative pain levels, but I don't think I'm a good enough human being to offer to trade with you. While unpleasant, I know the conditions just don't compare on the "attention must be paid" scale.

But I do appreciate the thoughts, wishes and sympathy. Just because it isn't life-threatening and surgery-requiring (yet) horrible, that don't make it much fun.
