I am now emotionally exhausted. For those of you who don't know, I am a huge fan of NFL football. This evening, my team (Baltimore Ravens) played one of their biggest rivals and a team that I don't much care for (Indianapolis Colts) and lost. I thought it was going to be a sure game. But after 3 1/2 high-strung, back and forth hours of game play, it is finised. As am I. I invest so much of myself into the things that I love and its just hurts me when they hurt. I know that tonight was tough, it was so hard to see them lose. It seems like all I've said for the past 3 or 4 years is "oh well. maybe next year". I'm tired of that. It just seems like every year my favorite team(s), the ones that seem like they have to most promising (or even not-so-promising) season ahead just seem to be unable to complete at the end. I know they're good teams, and thats why it hurts so much.
On a lighter note, it seems as if my computer has finally gotten into gear and is going to let me download a trial version of World of Warcraft, which I have been interested in learning how to play for a while now. Here's to hoping!
