hm.. i have been exercising alot today! mum, dad and me went to albert park to do "run for their lives!" charity race event for the tsunami victims. gee, lol i ran/walked 5km, aint bad considering i have to walk the dog, plus dad wants me to go on a bikeride with him. and i didnt have lunch! oh.. oh fuck fuck fuck. please don't tell me you're doing the 28 day plan. it's so -very- sucking in. it'll pull you'll in and you won't realize it and it's so not healthy and oh god, please please please don't relapse. i'm scared that you're going to relapse.

in not so depressing news.. tell me when you need more help with photos :)

perhaps i seem as a guilable one.. a naieve way of seeing things.. i really don't know. all i know is im fat, and i need to get rid of that fat. besides, why are you doing the 28 day plan if you youreself knw it's bad for you?
..maybe this is just because ive had a very depressing day. and i promise i wont relapse!

5km is tiring after running it with sum walking... believe me, i've raced it twice b4. plus it equals out to 3.125 miles as i have calculated(not exactly tho, but close enuff) and so i almost ran 1/3 of a 5km and walked 2/3 of a km. i think wat im gonna do is for the next two days of PE taht we have til second semester, im gonna walk/run 2miles if i get the time, lol
