Andy’s Log
Second Semester, Beginning of Week 3.
In my previous log entry I had forgotten to add three assignments, two one-page papers and an article. In fact I have completely forgotten them and failed to pass them in. This next week the professors replicated the assignments, and I will not fail to comply with the standards in which they have set. Though it may be a little overwhelming, I may just figure out a way to complete all assignments and continue with any sort of extracurricular activities that I have already set forth in taking part in.
This annual celebration that the natives tend to thrive over, is rather… oh how should I phrase this, embarrassing and difficult to respond to. The have a ritual in which they make a cake and place candles representing the amount of times they have celebrated this event upon the top of the cake. This cake is rather addicting, I shall send a sample to my crew and have it tested for any sort of drugs. Another ritual that they perform would be all participants would bring offerings wrapped in decorated paper or in a decorated bag with useless colored paper to hide the offering inside.
I have had feelings for a one of the natives for a very long time. I feel as though this girl highly dislikes me. So far I feel as though I have yet to be proven incorrect, in fact I feel as though she has feelings for a native in which I had developed a strong bond with. This native man currently is off at a different land for a higher level of school. I have spoken with another native women who has attempted to lift my spirits and give me advice in retrieving data in which to find out the woman’s true feelings toward me. I am currently sending a request to headquarters for a translator.
Now I must end this log entry because the hour is growing late and I must rest to get energy for the week ahead.
