I considered putting this on Facebook, but then I realized that's probably not a good idea so here it goes:
Dear Camp Goodtime,
I think you are a wonderful cause with amazing campers and great staff. However I think that you are exclusive, and set in your ways and treat potential staff like absolute shit! You told me I aced my interview questions, had one of the better resume's you've seen this year and have the drive and zest for life that you want all your staff to have. On top of that you are well aware that I finishe dtreatment less than a year ago and therefore have the personal experience many campers can benefit from. Yeah, fine...inflate my ego. I'm awesome. Then you tell me that you give priority to returning staff members regardless of qualifications. Thanks. So basically, because you have many returning female staff members and not enough boys you aren't hiring me although you and I both know that I'm staff material. In sum, if I had a penis or would have gotten six several years ago I'd be working for you this summer....
So now you tell me, how the bloody eff am I supposed to ever get hired and become "returning staff" if I'll always be at the bottom of the priority list!? So
Also, don't tell me you've been trying to get in touch with me all week, I've had my cell with me and clearly you haven't called. Not to mention that you let my resume sit on your desk for 2 months and made me play phonetag with you ever since.
