Late Saturday night, after clearing a great deal of considerable amount of smoke from her apartment and lungs, Daisy had a very important call to make.

"Hullo. This is Daisy in Number Eleven. I heard you could fix anything, and it just so happens my stove is on the fritz. I'll be about late Sunday afternoon, if you should be so kind to come and have a peek."

He should have never ever made that fucking challenge. He was going to fail spectacularly.

But, he wasn't going to retreat so he returned the call and left the message of, "Be there with bells on!"

And then went to find a book on stoves.

Actually, the cold water was working in the shower; it just wasn't working on her. Sure, it was cheesy, but she thought he wouldn't mind if she tried to jump his bones again. After all, he didn't seem to mind the first time.

Plus, she really couldn't just keep working out; she would kill herself.

Loki got the call somewhat later and called back. "Haley, Loki. I can come up and take a look at it whenever you'd like. Plumbing problems are my fucking specialty."

Haley picked up the phone when it rang, a little excited to hear Loki's voice; the last day and a half had been tough.

"If you say so. It could be more complex than you think though." Haley replied with a somewhat playful tone as plumbing really had nothing to do with it. "Anyway, are you free now?"

(No problem. Do you maybe want to play it out? I mean, just handwaving it is fine with me if you have work stuff or you don't feel like it. :)
