I saw REAL STARS in a NIGHT SKY with a GLOWING MOON. HOLY CRAYOLA.
Winter is coming. We lose about seven minutes of light every night.

This time last year I was just about home. I had loaded my stuff on to the scale at the ANC, left Josh downstairs (didn't want to drag out goodbye) and as the plane took off I wept as quietly as possible.
Josh got bed bugs from the hotel in Anchorage. It's all rather disgusting. The owner was ignorant and we've already got an inspector going out to the place on Monday. I've also reported this to the BBB, and Josh got one of those free public lawyers. We took pictures last night of all his bites for the coup de grace, as our case is so thoroughly documented that DAMN IT, WE WILL BE REIMBURSED.
I wish I had my new phone already. Still, meh. I push forward towards unemployment spent in Hawaii.
