DeadShot
After going through the audio commentary of Batman: Gotham Knight last night, it occurred to me that DeadShot would be the villain most suited to a Christopher Nolan sequel if he should make one. Then this morning I thought about potential actors who could play him well & draw people to the film. At first I was thinking of famous actors who would have the "not shutting up" quality while also having the "dapper" quality. I thought have a few actors before thinking "well, who has Nolan worked with before?" and, most obviously Leonardo DiCaprio who clearly fit both categories of essential qualities for the character of DeadShot. The intensely sharp focus of a extraordinarily sharp shooting assasin, as well as the dapper socialite who can carry a happy demeanor as well as a sharp tongue. But then thinking back to other Nolan movies, Hugh Jackman & Guy Pierce could also play this role, though maybe less convincing as the intently focus spot on marksman.
Oh well, if it happens, I called it!
