Halloween in Heaven

When Ron Ashton died, I was shocked and sad (and very frustrated about having missed the Stooges Big Day Out gig on the assumption that they were going to do a sideshow).... When Rowland S. Howard died, it was no surprise but still sad (I did however see him play live once)... But after each if them, I didn't listen to anything by The Stooges or The Birthday Party, which I could have...
...but now that Peter Steele has died, I find myself wanting to listen to Type O Negative, whom had just regained my interest about a month ago anyway. A desire to eventually buy the Carnivore re-releases too.

Oh well... Looks like he'll be in the front row for that concert with John Bonham on drums, Jon Entwistle on bass, Bon Scott on vox, Randy Rhoads & Jimi Hendrix on guitar plus John Lennon & George Harrison sitting in. Maybe they'll invite him to play bass & sing on a few songs.
