Song Hate
I am really in a deep pit of hate over the following songs of late:
Snow Patrol ~ Chasing Cars
Razor Light ~ America (??)
Sandi Thom ~ Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)
MY GAWD I hate these song so damn fucking much, full of pointless angst for a score of moronic children to belive as some deeper reflection of their own lives or unimaginative romantic sentiments with a generous seasoning of self-pity and guilt trips.
Which songs is which insult for though?
I just plain dislike the lyrics, sound and message of the punk rocker crap, infact I can not remember a punk rocker who wears flowers, is that not a hippie, normally at least?
On a diffrent note, I am slightly, ok more than slightly, somewhat intrested in American politics at the moment. I really do wonder what all this republican/democrat thingymajig in the erm house of representatives? will mean for America and the world. will change and reform be noticable in a positive manner, though both words which are said often they seem to really just be words to win votes.
Back to the songs, every day at work, without fail, three songs are played, Chasing Cars, America and some other which I can't remember right now but I am sure I hate it too.
I've not really had much chance to be social dispite working with GASP people, the people label there is infact given on the bases of merit IE they have two arms, two legs and a head, beyond that their claim of being human can not be clearly proven as legitmite, as is my claim of being able to spell correctly. That all said, working nights is a little crazy for my brain, not the working but more the sleeping and defining days from each other.
I get paid soon, yay me I guess.
