weekend parties, birthdays and oscars
friday started out with lei's bday party and catching up with ppl i hadn't seen for a while and meeting new people and many drunken boys...and observing a hapa boys drinking cheer, oh...every 5 minutes. they were very drunk, needless to say. and only the guys were drinking. ahaha. matt is such a funny drunk. i like. they all were entertaining.
saturday was lab and kate was here! sushi and then the party and i saw lisa again!! yay. i loooooove her like crazy. some dancing and drinking and walking around and seeing people i knew. and then back to freyan's and lesson learned: do not drink a lot of freyan's concoctions. it hits you hard 2/3 hrs later.
sunday was recovery mode and damn hangovers. it was far too long a day. and lab and running into my research professor at my research while still kinda hungover. and napping, then a chem freakout, freyan's, oscars, cake and then home. and sleep.
so that was that. i don't think i've fully recovered. damn. i need sleep.
