(no subject)
In a quirk, the due date for the 2nd midterm (which is online) for the stupid poopy class from the tenured guy wasn't due till today at midnight. After the final. And as I hadn't done it yet, I just went through the hair-pulling, "Fuck this class! Fuck this test! Fuck tenure! ARGH!" thing all over again.
Of course, had I been smart, I'd obviously would have taken it before the final, because you get to see the answers after you submit it for grading. Especially since a third of the questions from the final ended up being almost straight from the 2nd midterm.
But no, I'm an idiot. These things are just too fucking painful that I couldn't bring myself to do it any sooner than I had to.
The good news is that I didn't fail the midterm. I actually got an 88%. As I'll be happy with a C in this stupid class, I'll take it. The bad news is that, this being open book, I answered quite a few of the questions differently than I had on the final.
Again, I'm an idiot. Of course, I'm sure I've established that a while back already in so many other ways.
