Sara's just been telling me that the hot springs are cooling, at least where she is.  Is anyone else experiencing this?

Optimus Prime, do you want me to check it out?  Tonight maybe?

Unfortunately, yes.

I'm sorry.

Any idea what might be causing it?

Hmm... regardless of whether the hot springs are heated through a natural geological phenomenon or more artificial means, it seems odd that the heat would simply stop like that. The water cooled unnaturally fast; even a pot of hot water doesn't cool so quickly when left to stand.

It wouldn't be out of the question that this was caused by an outside source.

I'd think it'd almost have to be an outside source, Joshua. Problem's figuring out what.

Has anything like this ever happened before, do you know?

Ah, of course.

Not to my knowledge, but people are very inventive in devising new ways to... ah, dick others, to put it bluntly. Perhaps a little legwork would be wise, Bumblebee.

..."dick others"?

[Confused robot is confused. That's a new word for him, yay.]

Anyway . . . yeah, that's what I'm thinking too. Just waiting for word from Optimus.

I suppose you need a less informal turn of words, hmm? Dicking others is... how should I put it? A combination of taking advantage of someone and stabbing them in the back, though often with slightly less malicious intent than the latter.

Oh! Yeah, okay, I get it. Toying with them, basically, except maybe with more serious consequences than "toying" usually implies. I'll have to remember that. Thanks, Joshua!

((ooc: LOL watch him start using that phrase...and getting looks for it. "...what? Am I using it wrong? O.o"))
