Everyone
You know, when you're not used to thinking about it this way, it is very frightening how much there is to everybody. I don't mean that in the third-grade way of being fair and equal to everyone. I mean that in the grown-up way of every person is easily as complicated as the Pacific ocean and everything in it, no matter how simple your perception of him or her is. No one ever gives anyone any credit lately. This is frightening because it means that life is a giant game of favorites. At least, it feels that way.
