This is a boringly-written entry!

Wow, this was a CRAZY weekend. It started early on Friday - w00t for D-block free (and you can just shut up if you have more blocks free than me, okay? ;) ).

I...fought with my dad. Because we disagree about matters of propriety. I really am lucky that they let me say some of the things I did, you know. So many kids would be mincemeat by now, wouldn't even have been able to attend the party at ALL. After the fight - we were still speaking, mind you, and he was much less surly than I was - I went for a walk on our town's main roads. Dad drove by me and beeped and waved. =P

On Friday night, I went out with Michelle and Matt and Orin for a while (Orin and I were planning on crashing Matt's Dungeons and Dragons game, but Matt got out before we got there to surprise him) and then slept over Michelle's house. Sarah wanted to get together that night, and we actually did :D It was really fun. Of course we just bummed around the entire night, but that's the point, isn't it?

Then Dad picked me up in the morning around 10:30 on the way to my brother's trumpet lesson. I opted to go with them instead of go home. Dad stopped by this bakery where I got a cinnamon roll and some coffee that was practically half-cream - really good stuff, I was starved. Then after dropping David off at his trumpet lesson, Dad brought me to this photography show. As usual, some of it was really awesome, and some of it...I just don't understand why you would put it on display at all. It takes all tastes, though, doesn't it?

After we went to my grandparents' house. Then I got home. And took a shower, and slept. Oh, I slept for a few hours and it felt really good. Then Mom wanted me to get some homework done before Jason's birthday party, so I finished the two Oedipus plays in RECORD timing. Around 8:00 PM, we were out the door...

...And I arrived at Jason's. I saw Orin standing out in the driveway, getting ready to leave, and then went inside, and then about a minute later Orin called and said that his car broke down in the cul-de-sac right outside Jason's property.

-_- Poor kid needs a new car, I tells you.

At any rate, we played some video games and - of COURSE - watched Red VS Blue. OH. YEAH. And then we had cake :D It was an ice cream cake in the shape of a big yellow M&M, which is perfect - it looked just like the pencil I always use in Citizenship class. After that, Jason opened his presents and seemed to like them. And we started another Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament. And then, you know what? Michelle had to go home early :( "Early" was midnight, but still...that's when we started the movie. "The Rocky Horror Picture Show."

Janet is my middle name, so when Brad kept saying "Dammit, Janet...I love you!" I was sitting there like "lollerskates!"

I enjoyed the music. And, you know, the movie was fun even though it was also scary. *grins* What an awesome night...hanging out until 2:30 AM...

And I think some insanity keeps us healthy. I know several people who would agree, and perhaps several who wouldn't. ;)
