Alright, I've been avoiding this for long enough.
Here's a corner of my bedroom. The wall goes up for another eight feet above my desk, but currently it is represented by a big blank white space. We are in serious need of a decorator's touch in here, there are far too many walls for my stunted aesthetics to cover. What you don't see here is another half of my room where I keep my parakeet, tv, storage unit, and two night stands. The wall to the left is taken up by two sliding mirrors that hide my closet (when I keep 'em closed anyway).
In case you were curious, here's the one picture I have on my wall already. It's going to be really hard to find artwork more awesome than this.
Since I started a bird theme, here's Gaucho the Amazing Attack Parakeet. I only let him fly around for a supervised half hour a day now to keep the mess down to a minimum. Since he's perched next to a window, he seems perfectly happy to sit tight and just chat with the local thugs (aka magpies and ducks). Poor fella tends to fly into the mirror-doors when he's flapping around anyway, so I think he's developing an aversion to it.
Our kitchen. If you fill it like college students in a phone booth, I figure you can get at least twenty people in there. Unfortunately, if you want to get any work done then you're pretty much limited to about two or three folks. It's the only space in the apartment that really lacks elbow room, but the granite counter tops are enough to make me still like it. A lot.
Our dining set that we picked up from Becks. It's a glass top with wood base, look very neat. The chairs are pretty comfy for dinette sitting too.
There's a lot more to the place (namely a couple bathrooms, living room, balcony and Jeremy's room), but I really ought to get to bed since I'll be heading down to Santa Barbara tomorrow and theres a TON of stuff I get to get ready in the morning. Let me know if you wanna see anything else!
