Yeah so the last couple of days Russ has been training hard for the America's Cup in Calgary.
Yesterday was round one of the races and you had to place within the top 20 to advance to the second day. He got 15th yesterday and his teammate got 14th. So in order to qualify for the World Cup Race next weekend he has to beat his teammate by 2 places.
I am waiting to hear how he did today now and I'm all excited about it! His dad sent me some pictures of him racing yesterday and some with his team mates. SO here for your viewing pleasure (well really mine because I will keep looking at my journal, lol) is my man!
