[Katie has been keeping to herself since she got back from the draft. As soon as she was well enough, she left the Avatar house a note and took off. She hasn't been seen around the village, or attending school, for weeks.
Well, she's been about. Just not as a human. Best way to avoid awkward questions, witch hunts and stabbings, really. Not that she genuinely expects either of the last two, but old habits die hard and the awkward questions from people is bad enough. It's not like she can be particularly straightforward anyway and she doesn't really want people looking at her strangely. She has enough people she likes going home as it is without people abandoning her for other reasons.
On the bright side, she's feeling completely better!
And on the not so bright side, she's lonely.
There is a kitten on the loose in the streets of Luceti today. Unlike other days, she's not making any attempt to sidle around and avoid the population. If you pay any attention to her whatsoever, she'll be brazen enough to demand all your affection for a few short minutes at least. And if you're a friend of Katie's, you can expect to see a kitten stalking you at some point during the day.
Especially, she won't be going home until she's seen all of the people she accidentally enchanted: Jack Sparrow, Raine, and Giles. It's... just making sure you people are okay. Very important, you know?]
