I can't live my life in a bad mood forever. It's funny how the most random thing can turn it all around. Today this guy came into work at 9am, I was cranky because I'm not a morning person and my first customer of the day wanted to pay for a $1 internet session with a $50 note. After I passive aggressively made my point about it being too early for large denominations, he left and I sat there and read the news online. About twenty minutes later, the kid came back. He'd gone to the bank and gotten a $50 note changed into a $20, two $10's and two $5's and brought it back for me to swap with the $50 he'd paid with. I felt like such a bitch.
I actually had an awesome day. Shaun rang and we sat there comparing whether my need to see RATM in January was bigger than his need to see Justin Timberlake this weekend and concocting a sob story to tell our travel agent so we can fly BKK/HKT - BNE instead of into Sydney. So far we're running with ignorance but that failing we'll just pay whatever it costs to change.
