Lancome Tient Idole Fresh Wear

I'm testing Lancome Tient Idole Fresh Wear today and going to record down the progress when I can.

Some basic information: The SA at the Lancome counter gave me a sample of it in Buff 2W. I have warm (like.. yellow/olive undertone) and pale skin, normally I would use C2 in MAC's F&B but that is appearing darker on my skin now, I should be a NC15 right now. My skin is normal to oily, combination skin, basically, my nose gets very oily very fast and my forehead and chin get oily by mid-day, everywhere else is normal (not dry though, but they don't get oily either).

Upon Application: Fresh Wear is very light weight and feels like a moisturizer than foundation, which is great. And it's medium coverage, buildable. It can't cover up my acne scar completely with one layer so I just dabbed a little of concealer afterward. Silky smooth. Very easy to blend. I used my fingers to blend in this time and no product wasted! I actually use very little product to cover my whole face.

How I applied it is I go through my normal morning facial cleansing routine, make sure my face is moisturized. I put on a little MAC Prep + Prime on my T-zone, let the product set into my skin. Then dot Fresh Wear on one area of my face, blend with my index finger, repeat this on other areas until my face is covered. Key note is to blend quickly as the foundation dries fast. I wet my fingers slightly and pat gently onto my skin, let it dry (don't ask me why I did this... just felt like it, lmao). Lastly, apply blush and set with MAC transparent finishing powder.

Finish: Beautiful and natural finish. I tested under natural lighting and it really looks like my skin, but better! Fresh looking, not dewy but not flat and matte either. My natural blush shows through, which is awesome. Downside is with one layer, my acne scar isn't covered, fixable with concealer.

5-hour mark: I applied at around 8AM, did a 'check-up' at around 1PM. Nose is shiny (not surprising) so I just blotted it away, not much transferred. Forehead has a sheen, but doesn't look oily. I see a slight separation on my chin but not obvious, not shiny! Did not oxidize!! Still feel and look fresh, surprisingly.
