Yesterday my medieval shoes arrived, and today the Tudor ones came. I am quite happy with both of them! In fact, I think I may wear the Tudor ones to run errands later... ;)
The medieval ones were at the historical market, but they were out of my size. These are just a cheap pair (50 euros including VAT and shipping from Germany), but they are actual turn-shoes, fully stitched and no nails on the soles. I think I will make or get some soft insoles. Nice!

My Tudor shoes I ordered at the historical market last fall. I went to pick them up last month, but they weren't done yet, so they shipped them from the UK at no charge. These are my first historic reproduction custom shoes. It's the most I've ever spent on a pair of shoes - historical or modern. But they are beautiful and fit perfectly!
