TOWN OF NEW HOLSTEIN - A Kiel woman killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night at County HH/A and Kiel Road in southern Calumet County has been identified as 21-year-old Tori Heimann.
The driver of the other vehicle, a 27-year-old Kiel man, was arrested on pending charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle, the Calumet County Sheriff’s Department reported today.
The 7:21 p.m. crash remains under investigation.
Police said Heimann’s westbound vehicle was stopped at a stop sign on County HH/A when it was rear-ended by a westbound vehicle driven by the suspect.
The Kiel man received minor injuries. Heimann was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the New Holstein and Kiel police departments, the Wisconsin State Patrol, St. Anna Fire Department, Kiel ambulance and New Holstein first responders.

I admit I didn't know her, but she was important to someone who is important to me. So I know she must have been something special.
