random happening in my life
I love being back at the News. Have I wrote enough entries about that yet? I am not very busy right now, so I'll try to catch up on what's been happening.
Yesterday was fun because I got to work, then, since there wasn't anything to do, I went out to lunch with Wonetha, Antone and Ashley (and a bunch of other editors showed up to the same restaurant!). Ashley got hit on by a cute waitor, and the food was good. Last night I went to Wonetha's loft, and eventually Ted and Ashley showed up. They didn't stay very long, because Ted was having some issues. Hopefully we'll all get to hang out again before I have to go back to school, and there won't be quite as much...drama...
I also invented a new kind of cosmo that involves orange vodka, peach schnapps, and cranberry juice. While making it at Wonetha's, it also involved not being able to operate her blender properly, and spilling these ingrediants all over the counter!
Today is kinda slow. As usual. I am passing the time by writing ridiculous ePops to Wonetha and Antone, and reading the Series of Unfortunate Events. It's taken me a year, but I am almost done!
I saw King Kong the other day. I didn't think I would like a 3-hour movie about an over-sized monkey, but I LOVED it. It's everything a good movie should be, which is kinda odd to say, because again, it's just a big monkey (gorilla, whatever), but IT IS GOOD!
Christmas is tomorrow, and for once I have not decided to save all my Christmas shopping til tonight like a lot of the rest of the population. I'm looking forward to spending some time with my family, and having a day off.
