1. What did you do in 2005 that you'd never done before?
Legally purchased and consumed alcohol. Got my nose pierced. Lived alone. Other things I won't babble about.
2. Did you keep your New Years' resolutions and will you make more for next
year?
Kinda sorta kept my New Years' resolution (did so, but not to the degree I'd hoped). I'm not calling this year's goal a "resolution." It's just a goal.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Nope.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Close to me, no. But someone I care about.
5. What countries did you visit?
Las Vegas. Heh.
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
Less debt!
7. What date from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Don't wanna go there. But hell, the weekend after my birthday was pretty kickass.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Success at work. Healthy pay raise, benefits, kudos.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Racking up more debt than I'd planned. Not that it's really that much, I just HATE owing money.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Chest cold... that's about it.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Plane tickets to Las Vegas and Shreveport.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My sister, her honey. They's engaged!!!
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
That stays here.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Rent, carnote, insurance, gas, bills, plane tickets... hell.

Having my honey come home to me twice after the military stole him. And my sister getting engaged, der.

"Happy" and "sad" are stupid terms, so I'll just move on; Probably about the same size; Have more money, but also have more bills.

DID spend Christmas with my Du and my sisters.

Hate's a strong word.

I don't think I liked any books I read... I'm still reading my book on Buddhism, which I'm enjoying, and I read some neat short stories, though. My favorite was "Desiree's Baby" by Kate Chopin.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
One of the soundtracks to "Requiem For a Dream." Yeah, yeah, I don't have much time for music anymore.

My MP3 player from my Du. Time with my family.

Something more. More time with my family.

"War of the Worlds"
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Worked, then went to a bar with my honey and some of his friends who pretty much ignored me, and went home at 10:00. Then went out and had a blast in ice-covered downtown Portland and got sloshed that weekend.

I'm not at liberty to say.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
Work uniform. Not at work? Blue jeans, tee-shirt, tennis shoes.

Nothing. Well... my sister kept me from going completely insane.

Marilyn Monroe. Always.

Don't get me started...

My honey, my Du, my Mom. And my sisters... always.
