What a cool story. You know, I guessed when Sam saw John's duffel in the hotel room. But it was totally affecting nonetheless, and the way Sam is so fixated on cataloging the differences between John and Johnny and the way Dean cannot see the difference between Sam and Sammy is really well done symmetry.

DUDE, this was cool. I probably should have guessed when Sam saw John's duffel bag, but I didn't, and so I shrieked when I realized it was John. Omg. And you are so right about there being oodles of UST. Oh boys, one of these days you will figure it out. :D

One thing, though: what's your policy on anti-Britpicking? Because I feel like I noticed more Britishisms in the dialogue that I usually see in your stories, things like, “Hulk’s rubbish.", "Okay, so that’s the candy fest sorted." and “Gotta be hush now,” (which might actually just be something I've never heard and not a Britishism at all, come to think of it). I'm not entirely sure where I stand on the anti-Britpicking issue (and I'm sure I drove every Brit EVER crazy when I used to write HP), but I was just curious how you felt about it.
