some songs make me feel so good. they make me melt into myself and my surroundings and I am taken apart and put back together again. they make my face (and my insides) pretty and serene. they make me want to drive with all the windows down and let that sweet wind run wild in my hair (and my hair in my eyes)... they make me die and come back more alive than before. they touch all the moods in me and spark new ones. they are my life soundtrack and my batteries.

And a parrot on each side
Now I can't do this without you

I'm getting married at the end of the month.
Then moving from SoCal to Portland, OR.
I'm ready for this. We're in the same ship and we want to steer in the same direction.
