...different realities exist on the same plain, within common levels of perception. Even the process of waking up in the morning is different for almost every person in the world. How do you embrace the dawn of the new day? Do you great it with an open heart and a big smile or you wish it wouldn't have started?
Fact is when we see others, when they enter our reality, theirs doesn't change. We don't know their thoughts, we don't understand they way others think, and even if we have common interests and beliefs, perception of reality still differs. Of course, psychology enables us to analyze the personality, if person is' not normal', we think 'he/she can be fixed', through certain methods developed by psychiatry. Yet we lost the sense of what psychology truly is.
Even though 'psyche' from Greek means 'soul, anima', psychology became more of a study of the mind, brain and its connections, rather than a study of a human soul.
I believe, that unless we change the way we understand our fellow humans, we will never be able to create a thriving society. Humanity needs to change the means for understanding. Our connection to each other is severely damaged, we lost the way of proper communication, this is one of the key reasons for depression, isolation and if looked at from the bigger perspective- war.
Somehow people need to start living one reality, we are only strong when we are together, when we can co-create, work to make this Earth a better place. Now we are scattered, most of us are 'broken'. Helping each other, suppressing your own ego-mind to bring the kindness of your heart - that is the way. Principle of Love. It's our heritage, we've been told over and over again even before the birth of Christ...
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality... I believe that unarmed truth and unconditional love will have the final word.
