Milder today. Returned books to library where I ran into the mother of S, one of my step-grand nephews, and S's sig.oth from up the street who recognized me first even if I, as ever, didn't recognize her. I may have to tell people I'm losing my sight, which I may well be, along with the other disabilities of age.
Then had bulgogi at the upscale Korean place. Made me feel the way I used to feel. So nice to be free of the political situation for an hour. I know it's a flea bite compared with everything else the orange Mussolini is up to, but it was really nice for the last four years not to have Moussolini in the news on a daily basis. And now here he is, signing executive orders and flapping his pie hole about taking over Canada and every news source is on it. Quo usque tandem abutere, Donald, patientia nostra? quam diu etiam furor iste tuus nos eludet? quem ad finem sese effrenata iactabit audacia?
