Ordered lenses from an online company that uses a delivery service they say you don't have to sign for. Good. Hope they arrive.
Was a bit antsy about running out of the meds that keep my hiatus hernia from tricking me into thinking I'm having a heart attack because I'm on my last refill and due to run out early in January, meaning I'd have to ask the pharmacy to fax a request when I'm not even sure my doctor will be in. (And I'd have several more tablets if they hadn't given me my last refill in a bottle with a lip so that I shake out more than one at a time and the second one falls from my nerveless fingers into a black hole under the bed. Yesterday's sweep got me nary a one.) But checking my online pharm for another scrip, I see my blessed doctor has refilled both that and my statins, so no worries needed.
Ordered wool, or rather acrylic something, from the mighty river. The skein looked like maybe enough to crochet a neckwarmer but then maybe not. To be safe I bought two, since acrylic costs nothing. They arrived Wednesday and are eeenormous. True, I've crocheted maybe a dozen rows and the skein is considerably less, but still I have Enough for the time being.
Of course I still hurt all over, but looking at journal entries from the past suggests that I always hurt in November, so no change there.
