let the food/exercise journaling commence!

Ok...so...Im back on the journaling kick...since it really helps me. And, I read an article about how it helps you to stay accountable and how online buddies can really help. So, I'm back on track!

Food:

B: kashi oatmeal, banana
S: BFL SHake (i hate them...but need the protein mid-morning) and an apple
L: salad with carrots, cheese stick, lightnfit fiber yogurt
S: BFL Shake
D: quorn naked cutlet with lots of green veggies
S: strawberry smoothie bar (edy's-120 cals)

Exercise: 45 minute spin class, 45 minute abs/butts/arms class
