Weird Things, Including James Patterson
I woke up this morning with "Stars and Stripes Forever" stuck in my head. Is that weird? Weird.
Whatever. Another weird thing: the first three or four times I saw this commercial, I laughed so hard I snorted.
It's something about the way the guy says, "Get out the hankies." He says it like he's doing a trailer for an action-adventure movie. He says it as one might say, "Hold onto your seats, bitches. SHIT IS ABOUT TO GO DOWN."
I also think James Patterson is just funny in general. Not his writing. I haven't actually read any of his writing. But his face and his voice and his cameos on Castle: those are entertaining to me.
