I don't believe in psychics. I think those TV psychics are douches for lying to people (and taking their money!!) by saying they are talking with their dead loved ones.

Well, there're people who deny the world is round, so the idea of someone denying gravity's not impossible.

We have students who believe the earth is only 4000 years old. I have yet to work up the courage to ask them how that explains the Chinese culture.
