Boots, and a boy
I just finished cleaning, polishing and touching up my Victorian reproduction boots (the ones in the profile pic).
Thoughts:
* Though there is satisfaction in the work, I miss having a boy to do this.
* We need to buy saddle soap.
I'm going to be seeing my former boy; I've invited him to join me as an escort at an SM event. It was nice to talk with him again. I was perhaps overly harsh on him; he was dealing with a lot due to his health issues (which started 4 months before I left, but it sounds like he was still struggling with them).
He sounds good, and more adult (though it's only been 3 months). Sounds like his life has settled down some; he's angling after a promotion at work, though as a part-timer due to the health issues I don't think he'll get it.
Definitely a hard worker. It's a shame I never figured out how to really put him in harness.
