June 2nd, 2009, I was on my way from Boston to Providence for a job interview.
June 2nd, 2010, I was on my way from Boston to Providence for my job.
Same roads, one year later. Wow.
Last year I was staying with Kara while I had my job interview in Providence on the 2nd, and my one in Boston on the 4th.
I landed a position at the Boston place, a position that requires me to travel every day. But usually, not to Rhode Island.
What a weird coincidence. Taking the same exact roads, the same journey, on the same date, just one year apart. Things are so different this time around. I wasn't driving down stressed out of my mind for a job interview, freaking out that I was going to be unemployed forever. Instead I was driving down, planning out my program so that I could do my awesome job.
Interesting how life works out.
