It's all good on pepperoni roll day...
I know you guys have missed me terribly! Never fear, I have returned to my livejournal. Let me tell you about life.
I wake up when the alarm goes off at 5:42 a.m. I work with a group of teenagers all morning long. I am the Energy Express volunteer coordinator, thus I coordinate the (mostly teenaged) volunteers. It is nice not having to be in charge of little kids all day. And the teenagers think I'm cool (ha, shows what they know) because I used to listen to Marilyn Manson and such. They asked me why I don't still dress in black and fishnets. Maybe I should actually go back to that. Remember Viola Swamp in the "Miss Nelson Is Missing" books? I could throw on the Haggis wig and fool kids into thinking I am "the Swamp".
Anyway, Energy Express and dance are my life right now. I keep my weekends free, though. I've got to have SOME time for myself. This past weekend consisted of a family wedding. I'll tell you about it in my next entry because it will screw this one up. The subjects are totally different. This entry was just a "hey, I'm back" entry.
