Hey, it's Kathleen! Just popping in to say hi. It is a lovely day in St Andrews. Hopefully this will keep up until Saturday. The May Dip approaches! I'm sure that will be blogged about profusely, providing we don't get hypothermia and drown.
(Just kidding, any relatives who may be reading this and starting to worry.)
My parents were just here (they're visiting my sister now) so that was really lovely. Said sister was also recently here, yaaaay! We visited the Highlands, including Loch Ness. Unfortunately no appearances by plesiosaurs/sea serpents were made. Maybe next time. Meanwhile, the term is winding down - classes are almost over, and papers are coming due (grumblegrumble). But the three of us are taking a break from our studies in order to see Les Miserables tomorrow in Edinburgh! This has been one of my favorite musicals for...over half my life. Wow. Anna and Claire love it too, and this will be Claire's first time seeing it. Excitement!
I leave you with a picture of the gorgeous Highlands, as seen by Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness. :)
