that was my first thought too, but then I started thinking about Rehnquist and realized that the chances of finding a replacement who's as big an asshole as he was, are really quite low. So it's six of one half a dozen of the other. Well, I guess this will be half a dozen of a younger one, and that's not great, but seriously, Rehnquist was bad news.
