Words cannot express how annoyed I am right now

I just got back from the social security office which was a waste. They've cut my benefits by 500 dollars because apparently we "make too much money" with Matt's money combined which is a total crock since we're at a poverty level. We still have an overdraft of 600 dollars since they failed to notify me of this issue and we have no money to pay back the bank. And one of the most annoying things about it is the woman said she understands how we feel.
Like fuck she does. It's so patronizing and saying that doesn't help.
