Clara the Clairvoyant had visions of the visitor in her dreams. She announced her arrival at the breakfast table, three hours in advance, and the news that a witch would be coming set the del Valle family on end. In all the turmoil that followed, nobody noticed the little child with cashew toes that slipped in through the bedroom window that Clara had left open for her.
Her wild, black hair stood in violent contrast to Clara’s neat braids, but as their eyes met, Witch Baby knew that she had found her twin; the one with the gift of foresight.
