[cp24] TDSB votes to appoint Donna Quan as new director
Trustees at the Toronto District School Board have voted to appoint Donna Quan as the board's new director. Quan, a 25-year veteran of the TDSB, has been serving as interim director since Chris Spence resigned from the job in January following a plagiarism scandal.
