Oscar Romero PRESENTE

30 years ago, an unassuming man was shot while celebrating mass in a hospital chapel.  The shooter worked under the auspices of his government (and ours).  The martyr's crime was speaking out against poverty and repression.

Obviously, this could be any number of people from any number of places.  Today, it is Oscar Romero.  (San Romero de America - not officially, yet, but it wouldn't be the first time the Catholic Church has had to play catch-up with reality.)
