Relay For Pie

Next time I go a day and a half without sleep, I want to finally find sleep in Australia.  Coming back to the house from Relay For Life was a bit of a disappointment when compared to those trips Down Under.  I had a good time at Relay, getting to know some of Bev's fellow teachers.  But stopping at the Exit 4 I-985 Park'n'Ride to nap on the way home was not my idea of a good time.  Safe, but not fun.  My sleep schedule is a bit messed up right now.  I took a five-hour nap when I got home yesterday, followed by a nine-hour sleep that didn't feel nearly long enough.  I'm getting too old for all-nighters.  But Bev was a part of a $427,000 Hall County fundraising campaign, and there's still time to reach the goal of $500,000 by August.

Yesterday was Mike's 36th birthday.  Yesterday was also Bev's pi-to-the-pi birthday.  We had dinner at Applebee's and ordered the sizzling apple pie for dessert.  My pi-to-the-pi falls on Monday, July 2, at abut 10:54 PM after adjusting for daylight savings time, when the four of us will have just returned to Philly after a weekend in NYC.  Anyone know a good pizza place open that late?  Or a good dessert place?  Bueller?  Frye?
