I only met her once, at a ToriCon in Atlanta, the summer of 1998. We didn't talk much then, or email much later - I think this LJ contains more correspondence with her than anything else. But she was a wonderful, caring person who helped her friends when they needed it in whatever way she could.
I think what I remember most was the dance on Saturday night. I wasn't in the room for roughly half the night, but I remember "This Is Halloween", from The Nightmare Before Christmas, and her twirling around as though she didn't have a care in the world.
