Joe and I thought that Lyric Stage's production of
Yellow Face, by David Henry Hwang, was excellent. The play was very interesting, occasionally quite funny, and the cast was great, especially Michael Hisamoto as DHH. I learned a lot, too.
I liked that DHH started typing his plays on a manual typewriter and eventually switched over to a laptop as the time frame got closer to present day.
