A few weeks ago, I felt like my weight had been creeping up again, and a hop on the dreaded scale confirmed it. The number on that evil little display was 10-15 higher than I'd like it to be - and that much higher than makes most of my jeans fit well.
So I decided to cut back a few sources of calories and get a wee bit more active again. The calorie cutting has probably been a little more effective than the activity, and even though I knew I wasn't doing a great job I felt like I was doing a little better.
The scale tonight says no, since it's now 5 higher than when I started. *sigh*
I know weight fluctuates, this isn't the time of day I usually weigh myself, and I did it after eating. All of which probably contribute to it reading a bit high.
Nevertheless, that number is a bit disheartening.
