On another note. Universal mortgage fuckin sucks, they keep screwing my shit up.
They forgot to escrow property traxes when they sent my payment vouchers. now I call em up and they dont know what to escrow and added 2000 in tax. raising my payment by 150 a month. So I got to dig through revious year tax records for the correct number. wich will bring my payment to around 650/mo instead of the 756/mo they calculated.
