Can someone please explain to me why her ability to sing, act, or judge other people's weird talents should have any bearing on the facts involving a crash she caused that resulted in a death? This isn't drunk driving, or tax evasion; she has committed vehicular manslaughter (Actually, more likely criminally negligent homicide). Do you think arrests would be made if they didn't already have a selection of glossy photos for the news articles?
When I heard this on the news, they ended with, "By the way, Brandy was unhurt." As if that was the most important aspect of the story.
