I went to the fifth floor to look at that shark, and I noticed the common room was trashed. And I saw some frozen things. Does anyone know who trashed the common room with blocks of ice?

I don't know, but I do know that the tighter-lipped the Wardens are about it, the nastier and more badly-handled the situation. Lying to us in order to cover for themselves is merely par for the course.

Oh, well, it isn't as if any of them are obliged to warn us off if something dangerous happened, or otherwise provide an organized response to an ongoing disaster. To do that they would have to actually care about our welfare...and get along well enough to cooperate.

This is why alliances such as ours are so important. You cannot rely on these so-called "heroes" for protection. Or the truth, apparently.

Let's go check the Infirmary and ask any casualties we find.

A few minutes later, Drake was standing outside the infirmary, communicator in hand, eager to show Dracula the few replies he'd gotten from Kay once he arrived. After all, it would be good to share what the wardens did let him see.

Dracula nodded as he read it, then smirked. "He says as little as he thinks he can get away with. I doubt he'd appreciate it if you asked directly what happened, or why there was no warning circulated while the incident was going on."

Dracula shook his head slightly. "There is more than one reason why we who can transform people would choose to do so. Arthas may not have been the one who wanted a rampage."

"Yeah, you're right. And he did turn me when I wanted him to. I'll just ask him about it to make sure."

Dracula frowned, but kept his counsel about Drake's skewed priorities.

"Whoever got the gift this time has abused it, apparently. Let us go. I wish to see how much damage has been done, and the extents to which the Wardens will go to cover up their incompetence."

Dracula shook his head when he saw how many of the beds were occupied. Leaning against a clear spot of wall, he folded his arms.

"And here we have proof that the Wardens are covering a major incident up. Again. Instead of warning us or aiding us against a potential danger they seek to treat us like children and keep us ignorant."

"This disgusts me, Drake. Depending on the timing you might have walked into the middle of that rampage and never even known that there was danger."
