What is this really about?
“We need to solve this NOW. Years, or months, later, and we’re trying to figure it out, but we need something concrete.”
It’s about community. It’s about people standing with each other; it’s a camaraderie that our group has always had, but never shown. I could see five people as a family and excited for doing the right thing, stepping forward.
As a leader, all I do is lead the meetings. I’m happy letting them do the work.
